Job Description

Inside Sales Executive Shift timing: 10 am to 6:30 pm with Sunday week off and per month 1 causal leave 🔹 1. Lead Management Collect leads from IndiaMART, website, referrals, and calls. Qualify leads based on location, quantity, and potential. Maintain and update lead status in CRM or tracking sheet. 🔹 2. Customer Communication Call or message leads to introduce the product. Share brochures, videos, price lists via WhatsApp/email. Schedule and conduct product demos (virtual or in-person). 🔹 3. Sales Conversion Follow up consistently to convert interest into sales. Handle objections (pricing, features, delivery time). Send quotations and close deals. 🔹 4. Existing Customer Relationship Stay in touch with old customers for repeat business. Suggest relevant new products for upselling. Resolve service or delivery-related issues quickly. 🔹 5. Reporting & Coordination Update daily follow-up and sales report. Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery. Attend team review meetings and submit performance data.
