To achieve our goals of making quality education accessible and affordable, we are seeking an Admission Counselor to join our team. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Achieve student admission targets and contribute to overall sales objectives.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and pitch suitable programs.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Counsel and interact with students and parents, providing guidance throughout the selection of courses, application process, and meeting application deadlines.
• Assist students in obtaining necessary documentation for the application process.
• Provide information regarding admissions requirements, enrollment procedures, and other related processes to students, parents, and guardians.
• Coordinate the systematic and efficient handling of applications and communicate with parents of student applicants.

External Skills And Expertise

Requirements:

• Ability to empathize with students and parents, building strong relationships through conversations.
• Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Proven expertise in converting leads into sales.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Education: Any Graduation is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
