Inside Sales Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers and sellers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right property solutions.
• Pitch Housp’s services and build trust with clients.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients and agents.
• Maintain follow-up calls/messages to push leads towards closure.
• Update CRM with lead status, conversations, and deal progress.
• Work closely with sales managers to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Real Estate Sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Hindi + English a must).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
• Target-driven with a positive, “never give up” attitude.
