About Housp:

Housp is a next-generation real estate platform revolutionizing secondary property transactions. We help home buyers and sellers close deals faster, transparently, and profitably.

Inside Sales Executive

Key responsibilities:

Engage with prospective buyers and sellers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right property solutions.
Pitch Housp’s services and build trust with clients.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients and agents.
Maintain follow-up calls/messages to push leads towards closure.
Update CRM with lead status, conversations, and deal progress.
Work closely with sales managers to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Real Estate Sales preferred.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Hindi + English a must).
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
Target-driven with a positive, “never give up” attitude.
