Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sankrail for an Inside Sales Executive. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, engaging and communicating with potential and current customers, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to overall sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to ensure quality customer interactions and successful sales processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Technical knowledge to operate a CRM software is a must
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet targets
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the gasket or valve industry is a plus
