Inside Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(Additional hours may be required based on business needs)

Experience Required:

1–3 years (Mandatory background as Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales / Sales Support)

Job Objective

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sales process end-to-end through remote channels. This role focuses on lead follow-ups, order coordination, customer engagement, and sales pipeline management to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate the complete sales cycle from lead follow-up to post-sale support.
  • Act as a bridge between customers, sales team, and internal departments for smooth order execution.
  • Track sales orders from initiation to delivery and ensure timely fulfillment.

2. Order Management

  • Manage order processing and ensure accuracy of customer requirements.
  • Resolve order-related issues, delivery concerns, and product inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and share order status updates and sales coordination reports.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and complaint resolution.
  • Support the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

4. Sales Data & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, sales performance dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Track KPIs and sales pipeline movement.

5. Target-Based Sales Support

  • Work on monthly sales targets and support closure of deals.
  • Monitor individual performance against targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve goals.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator / Sales Support.
  • Exposure to B2B sales environment is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Good command of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
