Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – IT Software Sales Location: On site Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years in IT/software sales or a related field Industry: Information Technology / Software Solutions About the Role: We are seeking a motivation and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our IT software sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals for our cutting-edge software products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and web inquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Deliver engaging product demos and presentations via phone, video, or email. Maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting and qualifying leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Update and manage data accurately in the CRM system. Build long-term relationships with clients by providing timely support and guidance. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and sales quotas. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the IT/software industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud technologies is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
