About the Role

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

    • Generate leads through cold calling, existing databases, social media outreach (LinkedIn, etc.), marketing campaigns, and references.
    • Qualify and warm up leads before handing over to the Business Development (BD) team.
    • Schedule and conduct initial product demos where required.

  • Pre-Sales Support:

    • Assist the BD team with initial documentation, client data collection, and proposal preparation.
    • Track and follow up on older leads to reinitiate interest.

  • Marketing Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with the marketing team on email and WhatsApp campaigns.
    • Maintain campaign lead databases and ensure timely outreach.
    • Support execution of webinars, events, and partner engagement drives.

  • CRM & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM tools.
    • Share daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and next steps.

  • Client Communication:

    • Provide trial training or handle initial product queries.
    • Offer consistent follow-ups and support for engaged leads.

Skills & Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in Healthcare SaaS or Hospital Software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident with cold calling, email/WhatsApp outreach, and social media prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Ability to understand software products and explain value propositions to clients.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in selling cloud-based HMS/HIS or related software.
  • Exposure to healthcare industry stakeholders like hospital admins, IT heads, and doctors is a plus.
  • Prior experience conducting demos or pre-sales activities.
