Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who excels in a fast-paced sales environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Your responsibilities will include making numerous calls daily, collaborating with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails. You will need to understand customer needs, qualify prospects, and pass on qualified opportunities to the relevant sales executives for further development and closure. Achieving quarterly sales quotas, researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and maintaining a prospect database within your assigned territory are also part of your role. Collaborating with channel partners to create a sales pipeline and complete deals, as well as delivering effective online demonstrations to prospects, are essential tasks. The ideal candidate should have proven inside sales experience with a track record of surpassing quotas. Strong phone presence, experience in making multiple calls daily, proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools, familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong listening and presentation abilities are required. The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently, along with an MBA degree or equivalent qualification, are also desired.
