With our simple pricing, multi-branch support, and secure content delivery, we help educators focus on teaching while we handle the rest. 🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a smart, driven, and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential coaching institutes, understanding their needs, showcasing ClassBot’s value, and converting them into paying customers. 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos Understand client requirements and pitch ClassBot's features accordingly Conduct online product demonstrations and walkthroughs Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools Maintain a strong understanding of the product and its competitive advantages Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Gather client feedback and pass it to the product team 🧩 Requirements1–3 years of experience in SaaS/EdTech/Software sales Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi) Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skills Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical users Experience with tools like CRM, Zoom/Meet, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business 💼 Bonus PointsPrior experience selling to coaching institutes, schools, or educational businesses Familiarity with SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, etc.) Background in EdTech or B2B SaaS products 🎁 What You’ll GetCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup with real customer impact Flexible work environment Learning and growth opportunities in product + customer success 📩 To ApplySend your resume to hr@classbot.in with the subject: Inside Sales Executive – [Your Name].
