Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing deals — all through remote communication methods such as phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Conduct virtual product presentations and demos. Maintain and update CRM software with sales activities. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably inside sales or telesales. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
