They are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team and contribute to business growth. Based in Hyderabad, this role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying potential customers, conducting market research, managing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to drive success. Job Title: Marketing Executive Department: Marketing Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad Experience Required: 0-2 Years Qualification: MBA/B.Tech Gender: Male Age Criteria: 25-30 Years Work Type: Work from Office Timings: 10 AM 6 PM Working Days: 6 Days a Week Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products in key markets (agriculture, animal feed, and other relevant industries). Identify potential customers, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Work closely with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales strategies. Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media presence to enhance brand awareness. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI. Required Skills: Research Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, assess costs, and evaluate risk factors for better capital management. Researching new suppliers and industry developments to enhance purchasing decisions. Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing past and current purchase data, converting it into meaningful insights using charts, tables, and spreadsheets. Ability to interpret data for decision-making and risk assessment. Decision-Making: Strong ability to make informed decisions regarding purchases, supplier selection, and material procurement, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder interests. Time Management: Effective time-management skills to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage purchasing schedules efficiently. Ability to monitor procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials. Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, suppliers, and senior management, to align marketing and purchasing strategies. Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
