Roles and Responsibilities,

myBillBook

You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of

    myBillBook’s

    features and effectively introduce them to prospective users.
  • Meet

    daily, weekly, and monthly demo targets

    as per company goals.
  • Engage empathetically with prospects to understand their

    pain points and business needs

    , identifying opportunities to position our product effectively.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with our product experts for client interactions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to

    assist, educate, and convert

    new prospects.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and contribute to overall sales growth.


Requirements,

  • 1–3 years

    of experience in

    Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Outbound Sales

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent

    communication and voice modulation

    skills.
  • Proven experience in

    phone-based B2B sales

    and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong

    rapport-building and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Comfortable with

    high-volume outbound calling

    and target-driven work.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English

    (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Energetic,

    self-motivated, goal-oriented

    , and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong

    time management, multitasking

    , and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams while working independently with minimal supervision.
