Job Description: HR Intern Managing end-to-end recruitment process for different roles. Providing exceptional candidate experience and Great Stakeholder management. Acting as a point of contact between candidates and the company through effective communication channels. Driving different engagement initiatives from conceptualization to implementation. Resolving employee queries & grievances on real-time basis. Assisting in special HR projects or initiatives as required. Qualifications: Post-graduate with a degree/specialization in Human Resources. Candidates with experience in recruitment would be preferred. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Open to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. Ability to learn new things quickly and good grasping power. Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Excel functions would be an added advantage.
