Job Summary


Customer support and receivables management. Participating in constant market


Main Responsibilities


  • Providing the functional support to the Sales, Business Development, and Customer Support team.
  • Generating enquiry with the existing and new customers.
  • Coordinating with internal team for feasibility study, preparation of cost sheets and quotations.
  • Customer support and receivables management. Participating in constant market.
  • Coordinating the Sales reviews and surveys.
  • Follow up with customers for monthly schedules and forecasts.
  • Preparing monthly sales plans by collating the details provided by customers.
  • Monitoring fluctuations in monthly demand vs forecasts.
  • Maintaining the systems under IATF 16949/ISO standards.
  • Follow with customers for purchase orders as per firm schedules and sales order creation in SAP.
  • Regularly monitor and update commodity corrections and price updates.
  • Any other work associated with the Sales function as assigned by the Sales Head.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Inside sales providing to PVC to customers, Payment collections, Invoicing.
  • Communicating with People Outside the Organization.
  • Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events.
  • Generating reports, coordination with the plant for sales forecast.
  • SAP experience required.


Qualifications


  • Diploma in Mechanical, Computer science / B.Com /BBA/ B.Sc.
  • 1-3 Yrs Experience preferred.
