Position Overview The Anodizing Manager is responsible for overseeing the anodizing department, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards & Optimize anodizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Main Responsibilities Motivate, coordinate and lead a team of Supervisors, Leaders and Operators, driving them as a concerted strategy to achieve Corporate Targets and Milestones. Monitors and measures Anodizing & Electroless Polishing Process to ensure quality and satisfy requirements of customers. Establishes Anodizing & Electroless Polishing for new products based on customer requirements. Train employees in Anodizing & Electroless Polishing processes Recommends and/or runs continuous improvement projects. Assists and/or develops PFMEA’s, Control Plans and Work Instructions. Assists and/or leads problem solving teams. Job Requirements & Qualification Able to station in Batam - Indonesia Experience in Anodizing and Electroless Polishing Process minimum 5 years in Manager level Knowledge of Anodizing and Electroless Polishing Equipment.
