Position Overview

The Anodizing Manager is responsible for overseeing the anodizing department, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards & Optimize anodizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Main Responsibilities

• Motivate, coordinate and lead a team of Supervisors, Leaders and Operators, driving them as a concerted strategy to achieve Corporate Targets and Milestones.
• Monitors and measures Anodizing & Electroless Polishing Process to ensure quality and satisfy requirements of customers.
• Establishes Anodizing & Electroless Polishing for new products based on customer requirements.
• Train employees in Anodizing & Electroless Polishing processes
• Recommends and/or runs continuous improvement projects.
• Assists and/or develops PFMEA’s, Control Plans and Work Instructions.
• Assists and/or leads problem solving teams.

Job Requirements & Qualification

• Able to station in Batam - Indonesia
• Experience in Anodizing and Electroless Polishing Process minimum 5 years in Manager level
• Knowledge of Anodizing and Electroless Polishing Equipment.
