About The Opportunity

Join a fast-paced sales team focused on converting inbound and outbound leads for car loans, consumer vehicle finance and motor insurance policies. You will drive revenue by qualifying prospects, presenting tailored financing and insurance solutions, managing documentation, and closing deals while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent customer experience.Role & Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for car loans, vehicle financing and motor insurance through inbound/outbound calling and timely follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads rapidly—conduct needs analysis, assess eligibility, present product options (rates, tenure, coverages) and recommend the best-fit solution.
  • Prepare and process loan/insurance applications: collect documents, perform KYC checks, coordinate with credit/underwriting teams and track approvals to disbursement/issuance.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and customer records in CRM; update activity logs, stage movements and conversion metrics daily to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Cross-sell and upsell complementary products (add-on insurance, extended warranties, top-up loans) to maximise customer LTV.
  • Handle customer objections professionally, resolve queries, and ensure SLA-driven turnaround while complying with regulatory and internal process requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of inside sales / telesales experience in auto loans, vehicle financing, consumer lending or motor insurance.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working with KPI-driven incentives.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with high-volume calling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho or similar) and MS Excel for reporting.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation, KYC norms and basic credit eligibility assessment.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to close deals end-to-end.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2C financial product cross-selling and motor insurance policy knowledge.
  • Prior experience at a finance company, NBFC, bank distribution channel or car dealership sales desk.
  • Multilingual skills (English + regional languages) to engage diverse customer segments.
