Inside Sales Executive

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospects, qualify leads, present solutions, and help drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions Schedule product demos, presentations, or sales appointments Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through regular follow-ups Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions, revenue) Build strong rapport with prospects and provide exceptional customer service Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and messaging Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends Requirements: 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing experience (preferred) Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability Ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure Highly organized with excellent time-management skills Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn Comfortable with high-volume outreach and repetitive tasks
