Business Development Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Executive to promote and sell our SaaS-based automation, communication, and business tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and networking. Present and demonstrate SaaS products to prospective clients via online meetings or in-person presentations. Understand client requirements and propose suitable SaaS solutions based on business needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for smooth onboarding and client support. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new product updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in SaaS / IT product sales (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Good understanding of cloud-based software and digital tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in selling WhatsApp Automation, CRM, ERP, or marketing automation tools. Understanding of subscription-based business models. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language.
