Job Description

Client Consultation & Sales: Meet with potential clients to understand their immigration goals, assess their eligibility for different visa options, and provide tailored advice on global migration program. Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, present immigration services, highlight the company's expertise, and work to convert leads into long-term clients. Documentation & Application Assistance: Guide clients in gathering, verifying, and submitting all necessary documents accurately for their visa applications. Compliance & Research: Stay updated on current immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes to provide accurate and up-to-date advice. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, providing regular updates on their application process and ensuring high customer satisfaction Team & External Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues, such as lawyers and paralegals, and coordinate with third-party vendors (attorneys, accountants) to support clients' immigration journeys Skills and Qualifications Sales Skills: Ability to close contracts and achieve sales targets. Communication Skills: Effective in written and verbal communication, both in-person and via digital platforms. Client-Centric Approach: Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and building positive client relationships. Immigration Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa regulations, immigration laws, and global migration programs. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client cases, maintain organized records, and handle confidential documents.
