Job Description : Location : B/106 Centrum Business Square, Wagle Estate Thane (W) 400604, India. (Work From Office) Office Timing : Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off) Employment Type : Permanent Designation : Inside Sales Co-Ordinator Roles And Responsibilities : 1. Identify and research prospective Firms and Corporates. 2. Responsible for increase in market reach to unexplored markets through meetings with the correct point of contacts for businesses; establishing one-point contact between Sales Consultants & Corporate (CFO, IT Heads, IT Managers) 3. Facilitating seamless coordination with the Sales Team by preparing MIS reports and sharing the progress for Leads generated and Meetings booked. 4. After generating Leads sharing the list with the sales team to get the conversion for the company. 5. Co-coordinating with Clients for booking a demo and follow up for commercials and proposals shared. 6. On boarding, setting up training/product demos, resolution and escalation handling. 7. Handover of converted Leads to the Sales team for the creation of Sales Pipeline. 8. Work closely with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities. 9. Address any post-sales queries or concerns promptly. 10. Tracking of incoming leads, usage mailing and updating customers for expiry/renewal of contracts.
