Inside Sales Co-Ordinator

As a Sales and Purchase Coordinator for IT Hardware products at the company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Coordinating the sales and purchase of IT Hardware products. - Regularly interacting with clients for billing and leads. - Ensuring timely and accurate quotations and various pro-forma invoices to customers. - Processing enquiries through email, phone, and fax, as well as preparing brochures and manuals as required. - Analyzing the market for potential growth and generating new business areas. - Expanding the market and networking with dealers, distributors, and consultants across all states of India. - Maintaining detailed, accurate, and up-to-date client files. - Checking and replying to all emails on a daily basis to ensure no emails remain unanswered by the end of the business day. - Providing support to the information department for planning the system process. - Generating repeat business through successful client follow-ups. - Coordinating with accounts for generating invoices against each purchase order or proforma invoice.
