Inside Sales Co-Ordinator

As a Sales and Purchase Coordinator for IT Hardware products at the company, your role will involve coordinating sales and purchases, interacting with clients for billing and leads, preparing accurate quotations and pro-forma invoices, processing enquiries through email, phone, and fax, and creating brochures and manuals as needed. It is crucial to analyze the market for potential growth opportunities and generate new business areas. You will also be responsible for expanding the dealer, distributor, and consultant network across all states of India. Maintaining detailed client files, responding to emails promptly, supporting the information department in planning system processes, and generating repeat business through client follow-ups are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate with the accounts department to generate invoices against each purchase order or proforma invoice.
