Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Executive in the Stone (Marble and Granite) industry based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in the sales process. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. You will be managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring to qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide suitable solutions aligned with our offerings. To excel in this role, you will need to maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services while updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data. Collaboration with the sales team is key to meeting and exceeding sales targets, and following up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers is essential. Additionally, you will assist in developing sales strategies to drive business growth and handle objections while negotiating with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process. Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales tactics will also be part of your responsibilities.
