Job Description

As an Inside Sales IM Seals at SKF, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers and generate business from small OEMs and End Users. You will be expected to provide best-in-class customer experience, support the front-end sales team, and increase their reach. Your role will involve lead generation using advanced technology tools, researching potential leads, understanding client needs, offering solutions and support, and maintaining a database of prospect clients. - Acquire new customers (small OEMs, End Users) and generate business from them - Provide best in class customer experience - Support the front-end sales team to increase their reach - Lead generation using advanced technology tools - Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources - Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc. - Understand client needs and offer solutions and support - Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients - Present and deliver information to potential clients - Timely address the leads received from various sources - Follow up rigorously with customers to be in line with the order stage - Collaborate closely with the Distributor Sales Team, Key Account Manager, Product Sales Team, and channel partners to build pipeline and get orders - Maintain a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information - Initiate Stock Verification with end customers where required - Proactively engage with the customer throughout the order life cycle to ensure best-in-class experience - Graduation - 1 year experience in Industrial Sales/Engineering product sales - Preferred industry: Engineering Products, Industrial Products - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred SKF, a pioneer in ball bearing manufacturing, has evolved into a knowledge-driven engineering company offering industry-leading automotive and industrial solutions.
