• Customer Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
  • Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide product information.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of medical devices and surgical instruments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surgical products.
• Order Processing:
  • Utilize software systems to process customer orders accurately.
  • Ensure timely and efficient order placement, tracking, and delivery.
• Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Provide support in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Relationship Building:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Utilize Excel and other computer tools for reporting and analysis.

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in surgical products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
• Prior experience in medical devices and surgical instruments.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
