Job Description

Field Rental Sales Executive

The Field Rental Sales Executive is responsible for visiting clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote and sell medical products or services for rental service. The goal is to generate leads, build strong relationships with doctors and stakeholders, and achieve monthly and quarterly rental sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Doctor Visits & Relationship Building:
    • Visit a set number of doctors, clinics, and hospitals daily.
    • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare practitioners.
    • Educate doctors on product features, benefits, and usage.
    • Regularly follow up to ensure continued engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
    • Identify and generate new leads from field visits.
    • Track potential clients and follow up for conversion.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Product Promotion & Rental Sales:
    • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations.
    • Answer queries regarding products and address objections.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Rental sales targets.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Submit daily/weekly visit reports.
    • Report market intelligence and competitor activity.
    • Maintain records of samples, stock, and promotional materials.
  • Market Development:
    • Expand the customer base within assigned territories.
    • Attend local medical conferences or events if required.
  • Compliance & Ethics:
    • Follow company policies and industry ethical standards.
    • Avoid offering unauthorized incentives or violating local healthcare laws.
