Meet clients face-to-face to understand their property requirements. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and benefits clearly. Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients. Follow up with prospects to close sales. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Keep daily records of leads, meetings, visits, and sales. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. --- Requirements: 0–3 years of sales experience (Real estate experience preferred, freshers can apply). Excellent communication & convincing skills in Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus). Must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting clients in person. Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented. Your role will be to connect with potential property buyers, explain our projects, and arrange site visits. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database. Share details of real estate projects and their benefits. Schedule and follow up on property site visits. Maintain call records and update daily reports. Achieve calling, visit, and sales targets. Requirements: Atleast 6 months experienced candidates can apply. Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi (English will be an added advantage). Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
