Designation: Inside Sales Assoc Manager
Qualifications:Any Graduation
Years of Experience:10 to 14 years
What would you do?
Performing activities as per task list delegated by Inside Sales (Inbound) Lead e.g., running system reports, preparing and distributing status reports, creating and maintaining study documents. As the DIS Operations Lead, you will lead overall Operations delivery where Seller will provide the client services to the pre-existing customers, on their currently running Ad products and ad campaigns, by providing strategic advertising, advisory and backend support as after sales service.Performing subject level data review that requires further investigation with the clinical site to determine overall accuracy (inclusion / exclusion criteria / IP / adverse events / labs / SAEs etc.

? Team Management:- Lead and support a team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and professional growth. ? Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/ benefit analyses. Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization.

Policy Adherence:Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ideate. Drive the right team culture & ensure process compliance. ? Performance Reporting and AnalysisGenerate regular reports on metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data-driven insights to improve DIS review processes and identify areas for enhancement. ? Risk Management:- Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks.

Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving challenges. ? Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with other teams to align review practices with broader company objectives.

Experience in advertising sales, media account management, successful client engagement & consistent business growth. ? Experience working against an assigned quota with a desire to exceed sales targets or sales KPIs. ? Experience in providing strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on advertising investments. ? Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions. ? Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders. ? Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement. ? Experience working with CRM systems. ? Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills.

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsQualificationAny Graduation
