Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
• Ensure uptime of WAN, LAN, Internet, VPN, firewalls, and security systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and new installations.
• Monitor system transactions related to milk procurement, production, sales, and dispatch.
• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, QM) used in dairy operations.
• Oversee maintenance and connectivity of Milk Collection Systems (BMC, AMCU, FAT/SNF machines, milk analyzers, weighing scales).
• Manage integration of milk testing instruments with ERP.
• Support creation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to production, sales, procurement, and logistics.
• Maintain data backups, storage, and archival as per IT policy.
• Ensure data integrity and follow cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and ERP issues.
• Train plant staff, procurement officers, and field teams on ERP, mobile apps, and IT systems.
• Document SOPs, user manuals, and guidelines.
• Implement and monitor adherence to IT security policies, password policies, and data protection standards.
• Support audits—internal, statutory, ISO/FSSAI compliance (technical documentation only).

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT.
• Minimum 5–7years’ experience in the dairy/FMCG/manufacturing sector preferred.
• Hands-on experience in SAP (or equivalent ERP), networking, and system administration.
• Understanding of milk procurement systems, plant automation, barcode/RFID, GPS tracking.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, antivirus, firewalls.
• Troubleshooting skills: printers, networks, software, data backup, internet issues.
• Quick problem-solving ability under pressure.
• Readiness to travel to plants, chilling centers, BMCs, milk routes, and village collection centers.
• Experience with cloud-based monitoring systems.
• Ability to coordinate with various departments for smooth IT functioning.
