Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve system and user issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of Information Technology and Network Administration for effective management of IT infrastructure.
• System Administration expertise to configure, maintain, and improve server and system performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in IT roles within a fast-paced environment is a plus.
