Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Onboarding Executive, located in Gurugram. The Restaurant Onboarding Executive will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and providing training to restaurant staff. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and Food & Beverage industry standards
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and Team Leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
