Job Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across digital (social media, websites, banners, performance creatives, emailers) and mainline (print ads, OOH, TVCs, brochures, branding).
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective and visually compelling campaigns/creatives.
3. Lead design projects from ideation to execution while ensuring brand consistency and high creative standards.
4. Work closely with internal and external partners such as production, photographers, and vendors for execution of shoots and print production.
5. Stay updated with latest digital trends, advertising technologies, and design innovations.
6. Present and justify design concepts to internal stakeholders.
7. Mentor junior designers and art teams, providing guidance and feedback on their work.

Requirements:

1. A degree/diploma in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or relative work experience.
2. 6-8 years of experience in an advertising agency.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and mainline work.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
5. Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Hands-on knowledge of both print and digital production processes
