Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers for creative and media needs
• Support social media content planning and publishing; must have knowledge on META ad campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis; compile insights into reports
• Help in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, posters, presentations, and internal communications
• Track and report campaign performance metrics (email, digital, social, etc.)
• Assist in organizing promotional events, sampling drives, or exhibitions
• Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing calendars
• Assist in implementing marketing plans to increase product visibility and sales within the trade channel.
• Working closely with the sales team to align trade marketing efforts with overall sales objectives.
• Executing promotional activities including point of sale displays, trade incentives and loyalty programs to drive sales and engagement.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key trade partners.

Requirement:

·        Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing or related field.

·        Must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the FMCG space and / or products retailed through the General Trade / Provision stores channel.

·        Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel and Power Point).

·  Should able speak and write in English and Hindi fluently.
