Position: IT Help Desk Executive Experience Required: 2–4 years Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🔍 Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Help Desk Executive to provide first-line support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft environments , hardware troubleshooting , and vendor & asset management . You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations and user support. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities User Support & Troubleshooting Provide first-level technical support to internal users for hardware, software, network, and application issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Microsoft Office, Windows OS, printers, and LAN/Wi-Fi. Microsoft Ecosystem Support Support users on Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, Office 365, and OneDrive. Install, configure, and update Microsoft software and security patches. Vendor Management Coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, repairs, AMC contracts, and software licenses. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery. Asset Management Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets including laptops, desktops, printers, and networking equipment. Track asset issuance, usage, and decommissioning records. IT Bug Resolution Monitor, log, and resolve recurring bugs or system issues. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or external vendors as needed. Hardware Maintenance & Repair Perform basic hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Replace or upgrade faulty components and ensure minimal downtime. ✅ Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years in IT support/help desk roles. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking. Familiarity with IT ticketing tools and remote access systems. Knowledge of hardware components and repair procedures. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
