Influencer Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

🔹 Scout, Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.

🔹 Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and collaborations with influencers.

🔹 Create script, concept, hooks and over all video plan and get it executed.

🔹 Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

🔹 Stay updated with influencer trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.

🔹 Collaborate with content and social media teams to create compelling influencer-led campaigns.

🔹 Manage influencer outreach, gifting programs, and performance-based collaborations.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand collaborations.

✅ Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer landscape, and content marketing.

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✅ Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.

✅ Passion for the lifestyle, wellness, and personal care industry.
