Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns — from identifying and shortlisting influencers to coordinating collaborations and ensuring timely deliverables. The ideal candidate will analyse campaign performance, track key metrics, and craft creative strategies aligned with brand goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Influencer Identification, Campaign Management, and Relationship Building
• Proficiency in Content Strategy, Social Media Platforms, and Digital Marketing Tools
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Reporting
• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and brand alignment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Awareness of influencer trends and emerging marketing tools is a plus
