Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist, based in Noida. The specialist will oversee influencer campaigns, collaborate with influencers to boost brand visibility, and ensure campaigns align with the company's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing influencer relationships, monitoring campaign performance, negotiating agreements, and providing actionable insights for future campaigns. The role will work closely with the marketing and product teams to maximize brand impact.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer engagement, and campaign management
• Skills in content creation, storytelling, and building authentic brand narratives
• Proficiency in analytics tools to evaluate campaign KPIs and improve strategy
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships is preferred
• Adept at multitasking and working in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
