Influencer Manager

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end influencer workflow: from sourcing and outreach to negotiation and execution, with a strong eye on value, cost-efficiency, and long-term fit
• Deliverables, deadlines, and day-to-day creator relationship management
• Campaign strategy input and creator casting deck development
• Creative collaboration: work with our team on briefs, feedback, and content iterations
• Performance tracking and reporting that goes beyond vanity metrics
• TikTok campaign support — platform familiarity is essential, even without India-based experience
• Maintenance and optimization of our internal creator CRM/database

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of influencer marketing or talent management experience
• Agency experience in the field
• Based in India, but flexible to work UAE/Saudi-aligned hours
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok (global campaigns or proxy platforms welcome)
• A trendspotter: you live and breathe creator culture
• Strong communicator with high attention to detail
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote team
• Bonus: experience with whitelisting, usage rights, or ad content
