About the Role

Remote Business Development Executive

What You’ll Own

• Lead generation:

  identifying prospects, building pipelines, and opening doors

• Outreach & pitching:

  email, LinkedIn, calls, and proactive prospecting

• Sales deck support:

  helping refine and tailor our agency decks for different verticals

• Proposal creation:

  understanding client needs and building clear, value-driven commercial proposals

• Revenue ownership:

  meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets and tracking performance

• Relationship management:

  nurturing warm leads, following up consistently, and maintaining long-term rapport

• Market intelligence:

  staying updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and new opportunities

• Collaboration:

  working closely with our internal team to ensure accurate briefs, smooth handovers, and aligned offerings

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of sales or BD experience

  in a marketing/creative/influencer/digital agency

  (agency experience is mandatory)
• Strong understanding of how agencies pitch, price, and close deals
• Based in India, comfortable working UAE/Saudi–aligned hours
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong pipeline management skills — organized, structured, and persistent
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment

• Bonus:

  experience selling influencer marketing, social media retainers, content production, or digital services
