About the Role
We are hiring a highly disciplined Influencer Marketing Manager who will manage campaigns for the UAE and Saudi markets end-to-end.
This is not a casual creator coordination job this role owns the full influencer pipeline: sourcing, briefing, QC, posting, reporting, and communication with both client and creators.
You must be extremely organized, professional in communication, culturally aware, and comfortable working across fast-moving Gulf timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Seeding & Sourcing (UAE + KSA Focus)
- Source influencers exclusively for UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.
- Identify creators who fit the audience, cultural norms, language preferences, and brand requirements.
- Build influencer lists with:
- Followers
- Engagement rates
- Audience demographics
- Average views
- Platform links
- No influencer pricing unless the campaign specifically requires negotiated deliverables.
- Prepare backup influencers for immediate swaps.
- Negotiate deliverables within campaign guidelines only.
- Ensure cultural appropriateness, brand safety, and compliance with GCC expectations.
2. TikTok Access & VPN Requirement
Because many campaigns run on TikTok:
- Must know how to access TikTok using VPN when required.
- Must be comfortable reviewing TikTok drafts, posting behaviour, and creator analytics.
- Must stay updated on TikTok trends, hooks, formats, and best practices for the GCC region.
3. Contracting & Onboarding
- Issue influencer agreements and ensure every contract is correctly executed.
- Collect required KYC details (ID, email, payment info).
- Share full campaign brief with influencers, including:
- Creative direction
- Hooks (customized per influencer)
- Mandatory hashtags, tags, and mentions
- Talking points
- Posting guidelines & deadlines
- Maintain a centralized Hook Sheet and ensure each influencer receives their assigned hook.
4. Content Creation Management
- Track every influencer's content deadline.
- Receive drafts and perform QC for:
- Hook placement
- Brand safety
- Talking point accuracy
- Product visibility
- Cultural sensitivity
- Technical quality
- Share drafts with clients, consolidate feedback, and relay to influencers clearly.
- If revisions are required, coordinate with influencers or internal editors.
- Ensure client approvals are received before posting.
5. Posting Management & Ad-Code Support
- Monitor posting timelines closely.
- Collect live links, screenshots, and insights immediately after posting.
- Guide influencers through generating ad codes and troubleshoot issues.
- Share all live links + ad-code access with the client on time.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain real-time campaign trackers with all performance metrics:
- Followers
- ER%
- Views
- Saves, shares, comments
- Story insights
- Link clicks (if available)
- Compile final campaign reports with key insights and recommendations.
7. Cultural, Religious & Market Sensitivity (Non-Negotiable)
Because campaigns are in UAE & KSA:
- Must fully understand cultural norms, sensitivities, modesty requirements, and brand safety rules.
- Must detect and remove any culturally inappropriate content before the client sees it.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality with client briefs, pricing, influencer information, and campaign documentation.
- Must ensure influencers follow GCC posting standards (no political, religious, or inappropriate material).
8. Time-Zone Alignment & Weekend Work Expectations
- Standard working schedule:
MondayFriday aligned to UAE/KSA business hours.
- If campaigns require it, the manager

- Work on weekends when deadlines fall on Monday
- Be available during posting windows
- Campaign timelines dictate occasional off-hour work.
- This flexibility is part of campaign operations and is not optional.
9. Communication & Process Ownership
- Must write clear, structured communication at all times (no confusion, no missed points).
- Must manage the full influencer pipeline without follow-up or reminders.
- Must proactively flag delays, risks, or missing information.
- Must document every stage of the process sourcing, approvals, drafts, posting, reporting.
- Must maintain clean, updated trackers and version-controlled files.
10. Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years in influencer marketing or creator management.
- Strong command of English. Arabic familiarity is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Instagram + TikTok formats and performance behaviour.
- Strong organizational and tracking skills.
- Fast, accurate communicator with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to manage 2040 influencers parallelly during peak campaigns.
- Confident negotiating, coordinating, and managing campaign pressure.
