Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Develop creative campaign concepts based on trends and audience insights.

2. Influencer Identification & Relationships

• Source influencers/KOLs and build long-term partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and talent teams to secure competitive pricing.

3. Content Ideation & Curation

• Support creative teams with influencer inputs and content ideas.
• Shortlist influencers aligned with brand tone and aesthetic.

4. Campaign & Account Management

• Oversee campaigns from planning to execution, delivery, and reporting.
• Coordinate with production, creative, brand, and sales teams for smooth execution.

5. Budget Management

• Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.

6. Finance & Billing

• Manage invoices, payment schedules, and financial documentation with finance teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate influencer payments.

7. Trend & Market Analysis

• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to optimize campaigns.

8. Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with influencers, clients, talent agencies, and internal teams.

9. Performance Reporting

• Analyse campaign performance and share detailed reports with clients.
• Use insights to improve strategies and future partnerships.
