Overview of the Role

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer-driven campaigns for multiple brands under Crescent Group. The role requires a balance of strategy, execution, and relationship management, ensuring campaigns are impactful, measurable, and aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end – from strategy, shortlisting, negotiation, and contracting, to execution, tracking, and reporting
• Leverage existing relationships with creators and talent managers to deliver campaigns across creator categories (nano, micro, macro, mega)
• Design campaigns across diverse budget sizes and geographies (tier-1, tier-2, regional)
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align influencer activations with brand objectives
• Work with influencer and talent agencies to maximize reach and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed reports
• Maintain and grow Crescent Group’s influencer database with updated contacts, pricing, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and emerging talent

What You Need to Qualify for This Role

• 3-5 years of agency experience in influencer marketing
• Strong influencer network across categories and geographies
• Proven experience managing campaigns across nano, micro, macro, and mega influencer levels
• Experience working with both influencer marketing agencies and talent management firms
• Ability to handle diverse budgets and campaign scales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent project management and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, campaign tracking tools, and ROI measurement
• A passion for digital culture, content trends, and creator-led storytelling
