What You’ll Do:

• Scout and onboard the right influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Build & nurture relationships with creators, managing campaigns from idea to execution.
• Explore and propose new creative content ideas and campaign directions.
• Work closely with our content and brand team to ensure influencer content reflects EM5’s tone, vibe, and storytelling.
• Handle negotiation, coordination, timelines, and communication with influencers like a pro.
• Track performance, optimize strategies, and push for impact over vanity.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships (perfume/FMCG/lifestyle brands preferred).
• Is a natural people person—excellent at communication, relationship-building, and getting things done.
• Possesses strong negotiation skills and can strike deals that are fair, smart, and brand-forward.
• Has a creative spark—can think beyond the usual, pitch fresh ideas, and turn trends into results.
• Is proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
