Job Description

We are seeking a creative and brand-aligned Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a fast executor with a keen eye for design, aesthetic intuition, and a deep understanding of customer-centric visual storytelling. This is not a UI/UX role, but one that requires a strong creative orientation across digital and print touchpoints, to elevate our brand presence and drive conversion.

Requirements

2 - 4 years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer in FMCG, wellness, D2C, or digital marketing environments
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Ability to work in Canva, Figma, or AI-assisted design tools for speed and responsiveness
Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, visual balance, and minimalism
Experience with designing/managing brand identity across various touchpoints
Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce layouts, and social-first creatives
Basic video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a bonus.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work across departments

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline
A portfolio that showcases brand storytelling, campaign variety, digital assets, and print adaptations
