🧭 Your Mission

• Build and own an

  always-on creator engine

  : source, vet, negotiate, and manage 100–300 creators/quarter across Hindi and regional markets.
• Design

  performance-driven campaigns

  that lower CAC and drive installs, consultations, or purchases across all brands.
• Develop

  UGC pipelines

  —convert influencer content into high-performing ads, landing pages, and app store assets.
• Create

  ambassador, affiliate, and seeding programs

  that retain top creators and drive repeat collaborations.
• Track performance with

  UTMs, coupon codes, and dashboards

  , reporting CAC/CPI/CVR benchmarks to leadership.
• Coordinate with

  PR, Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product

  teams for integrated campaigns.
• Ensure

  brand safety and compliance

  with ASCI disclosure rules and internal guidelines.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 4–7+ years

  experience in influencer/creator marketing with proven

  CAC or ROI improvements

  .
• Track record managing

  50–200+ creators per quarter

  across micro, mid, and macro tiers.
• Strong negotiation, contract, and budget management skills (usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting).
• Hands-on experience with

  UTMs, AppsFlyer/Branch, GA4

  , and influencer platforms .
• Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bonus: Experience in

  e-commerce, app growth, ed-tech, or spiritual/wellness niches

  ; familiarity with

  live commerce

  or regional influencer networks.
