About the Role


Influencer Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Identify, outreach, and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and agencies.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers.
  • Plan, manage, and track influencer campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, etc.) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong influencer database/CRM for ongoing collaborations.
  • Explore and implement creative influencer activation ideas like events, product seeding, affiliate programs, and ambassador programs.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong network/understanding of influencers in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or relevant niches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign ROI.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and engaging content.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience working with influencer marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, Traackr, or similar).
  • Knowledge of paid media, affiliate marketing, and brand collaborations.
  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C brand marketing is a plus.
