Job Summary


We’re on the hunt for a passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the influencer ecosystem, is plugged into content trends, and thrives on building genuine creator relationships.

You'll be the bridge between influencers and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, campaign clarity, and real-time communication.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant influencers for brand campaigns.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with creators — from micro to macro influencers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, design, and ops) for seamless campaign execution.
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, timelines, and expectations clearly with creators.
  • Troubleshoot creator-related or tech-related issues quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance across platforms and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize influencer selection and campaign strategy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, viral content, and creator performance insights.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing with influencers to align with campaign
  • goals and budgets.

  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Quick thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Prior exposure to influencer marketing, social media, or creator management is a plus.
