Job Summary:

CGC University is looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing influencer collaborations, creating high-quality video content, developing scripts, and supporting the execution of influencer-driven campaigns to enhance the university’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers relevant to the university’s brand and campaigns.

· Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms.

· Coordinate with influencers for content planning, shooting, scripting, and approvals.

· Assist in video production, including ideation, scripting, and content development.

· Ensure timely delivery and publication of influencer content.

· Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.

· Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.

· Maintain proper documentation, negotiation records, and schedules for influencer visits and shoots.

· Collaborate with marketing and communication teams for smooth campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital content creation.

· Strong understanding of influencer outreach, coordination, and content workflows.

· Good command of English and excellent communication skills.

· Hands-on experience with video production, scripting, and content ideation.

· Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Day shift

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
