The Head MEP Project oversees MEP projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEP projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP project management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience : 10+years (Preferred)
