Roles And Responsibilities

• Influencer Partnership: Identify and establish relationships with influencers, content creators, and micro-influencers aligned with client brands and campaigns.
• Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and messaging.
• Influencer Selection: Research, vet, and select suitable influencers based on audience demographics, engagement, and brand fit.
• Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including contract negotiation, content collaboration, and campaign execution.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and campaign success.
• Compliance and Legal: Ensure that influencer partnerships comply with industry regulations, disclosure guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and influencers.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, ROI, and key performance metrics to share with clients and internal teams.
  

Skills Required

• 1 to 2 years of experience working within a digital, product or creative agency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnerships and campaign management.
• A strong network of influencer contacts and knowledge of influencer marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Creative thinker with a passion for influencer marketing.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
